Refund Policy
1. Money-Back Guarantee
At ClientVault, we stand behind our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our subscriptions.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Account must be in good standing
- Refund reason must be provided
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact our support team at billing@clientvault.app
- Include your order number or subscription details
- Provide the reason for your refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 2 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed through Lemon Squeezy
- You will receive a confirmation email
- The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Your subscription will be cancelled
5. Exceptions
Please note the following exceptions:
- Refunds requested after 14 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Abuse of our refund policy may result in the denial of future refund requests
- We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse
6. Pro-rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day period:
- Pro-rated refunds may be available at our discretion
- The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription
- Processing fees may be deducted from pro-rated refunds
